Find somewhere comfortable to sit down. Closing down the eyes and taking 3 deep breaths. Imagine beautiful golden roots wrapped around your ankles. Now send them through the soles of your feet into the layers and through mother earth  Visualize them as they make their way through the soil, rock, water, gemstones until they reach the center of the earth. Now wrap your golden roots around a rose quartz sphere or any crystal you prefer. As they wrap around your chosen crystal, feel the connection with mother earth. Feel grounded, loved and supported. Now send your golden roots back up through the layers and through the soles of your feet and around your ankles. Take a moment to feel safe and grounded then open your eyes.

Now it is time to introduce yourself to the first people of the land. For me this is the Yugambeh people just google it and it will show you. I like to introduce myself and thank them for allowing me to live and heal peacefully on their land and I feel their love and support through each healing. Thank them in your own way depending on what you are doing in your space.

After this I acknowledge my North, South, East and West. Use a compass on your phone if you need help. Once all of this is done it is safe for you to cleanse yourself and your home.

Start at your front door and move clockwise around your home and through each room. Getting into any spaces, crystals you may have as these absorb energy. Leave all windows etc open as this allows all negative energy to be able to leave.
