In our busy lives sometimes we forget to just stop and take the time out for ourselves and listen to what our bodies are trying to tell us. Let me hold a space for you to come, switch off and enjoy some time out just for YOU...

Through this beautiful sacred time I will open you up with sound frequency from my gorgeous Australian quartz crystal bowls. Allowing you to settle in, open up, relax deeply and let go ready to receive healing energy. I will then perform approx 40 minutes of reiki healing on you. We all have a different experience on our healing journey and each treatment will never be the same. Some people feel sensations, deep relaxation, visions and colours whereas others may just feel this time is time out. I will then finish with 15 minutes of beautiful sound. Bathing you with sound from crystal bowls, rain sticks, and chimes.

This time is about you and i aim to make your healing a pleasurable experience. Feel free to reach out and discuss anything.
